Develop a safety mindset by exploring this year’s theme of the CHC Safety & Quality Summit and by attending David Balcaen’s presentation during this event.
This year’s CHC Safety & Quality Summit provides an innovative approach to their annual Safety Summit. Under the theme “Reset 2024: Developing New Safety Mindsets,” this year’s summit promises to be a transformative experience with a revamped structure and a strong focus on shaping the industry’s future.
The event kicks off on Monday, November 13th, with a dedicated full-day program tailored for high-potential candidates who hold the promise of leading our industry in the years to come. These “next generation” delegates will join the conference starting on Tuesday, November 14th, as attendees embark on a collective journey to explore and cultivate fresh perspectives on safety.
Attend David Balcaen’s Presentation on The Importance of Operational Control Specialists in Go/No-Go Situations
SKYTRAC’s very own Davi Balcaen will share his expertise with Go and No-Go situations and his passion for building a safety culture by presenting during this event. As an Enterprise Embedded Software Engineer, avid pilot and navigator, and a member of the TrooTrax development team, David has a wealth of experience in ensuring that aviators fly with the full scope of pre-flight information to ensure they can make informed safety decisions.
If you wish to catch his presentation, he will be presenting on Tuesday, November 14th, from 10:30 am to 12 pm in the Pender Island Room and on Thursday, November 16th, from 8:30 am to 10 am in Saltspring Island rooms A and B. We encourage those attending to sign up for his sessions via the CHC Safety Summit booking portal.
